are you currently taking new clients?

  • My practice is currently full for psychotherapy clients; I am not currently accepting psychotherapy clients. I am not maintaining a waitlist.

  • New Drop-In SP consultation groups will be available on the booking calendar Oct 1.

  • SP students and alumni are welcome to book time in the calendar for consultations, individually and as a group of learners.

  • New Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Experiential Consultation Committed Series and Open Series will be accepting registration on Oct 1.

  • I am holding a group called Vitality, Creative Vision, and Voice this fall, and registration opens Sept Oct 1.

  • The Lively Center: a training series on Creative, Embodied, Improvisational Leadership opens for registration Oct 1.

  • On Nov 3, 2024, I will be holding an Introductory Sensorimotor Psychotherapy workshop, in person, in Victoria, at The W̱MÍYEŦEN Nature Sanctuary - a 42 acre protected forest and riparian area. More information & Registration here

I do not take insurance, though I do offer a super bill.

Where do you practice?

I am licensed to practice psychotherapy in California, USA, and registered to practice psychotherapy in British Columbia, Canada, and so I primarily practice in California and British Columbia. Some other states and provinces offer reciprocity licensure or waivers - feel free to inquire.

I teach and offer consultation for folks in locations across Canada and USA, Europe, and Asia.

HOW MUCH DO psychotherapy and SP Consultation SESSIONS COST?

Standard rate for psychotherapy sessions is $250 US dollars/50 minute hour. Sliding scale is possible, and arranged through conversation in relation to context.

what hours do you work?

Generally Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 10-4.

who do you work with?

Survivors of trauma, folks struggling with anxiety and depression, people coping with grief and loss, and folks who want to create change in their relationships.

I work with many folks facing cancer diagnoses, and folks with terminal illnesses. I work with those who are feeling deeply about climate change.

I work with folks exploring sexuality, gender identity and gender expression.

I work with many therapists, offering psychological support, consultation, education, and mentorship.

I work with many folkx who identify as neurodivergent, Indigenous, POC, BIPOC, GLBTQIA2S+.

I work with folkx of all ages, all sexual orientations, genders, gender identities, cultural backgrounds, racial identities, ethnicities, religions, and dis/Abilities.

I work from an antiracist, decolonizing, Queer affirming, feminist, neuroscience-informed creative, somatic, ecological stance.

I offer mentorship to creative practitioners visioning their way forward and strengthening their confidence and voice.

online or in person?

I work primarily online. I offer some classes and workshops in person, including training workshops and retreats.
